Preferred formats are AI, EPS, or PDF (vector). High-resolution PNG (300 dpi+) is also accepted for most methods. If you only have a JPG or low-res file, let us know. Our team can usually recreate it.

Yes, always. We send a digital proof for your approval before printing a single item. No surprises.

Yes. Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing supports full colour with no additional cost per colour. Screen printing uses spot colours, which can affect pricing for complex designs.

We offer screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment (DTG), heat transfer vinyl (HTV), and direct-to-film (DTF). Each method has different strengths depending on the design, quantity, and garment.

It depends on your quantity, design, and fabric. Screen printing is best for large runs with few colours. Embroidery is ideal for hats, polos, and a premium look. DTG works well for small runs and complex full-colour designs. We will recommend the best method for you.

Embroidery works on most structured garments: hats, polos, jackets, and hoodies. It is not suitable for very thin or stretchy fabrics.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are possible before production begins. Once printing starts, changes may not be possible.

Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns. However, if there is a production error or quality issue on our end, we will reprint or refund. No questions asked.
